WELLINGTON – New Zealand says all corona virus patients treated at the hospital have been discharged. The New Zealand government claims that hospitals there are no longer infected with the corona virus.
According to Dr Ashley Bloomfield, director general of the New Zealand Department of Health, no coronavirus has been found for five days. He said that one person in the hospital was also discharged on Tuesday. In New Zealand, 1,462 people have been diagnosed with corona infection. Although 21 people were seen as ‘active cases’, all of them were said to be in normal health condition and all were in home isolation.
A corona infection has killed 21 people in New Zealand. The New Zealand government says 1,154 cases have been confirmed, but a total of 1,504 cases have been confirmed.
An additional 4,279 corona tests were performed in New Zealand on Tuesday. New Zealand, which has a population of about 4.8 million, has so far undergone 267,403 tests.
The New Zealand government says it has succeeded in preventing the spread of the corona virus in the community. But New Zealand’s decision to open the border next month poses an additional challenge to preventing corona infection. New Zealand’s move against the corona virus is seen as a ‘successful model’.
