NOVEMBER 24, 2017 – After the fall of almost 4 decades of autocratic rule of president Robert Mugabe, Emmerson Mnangagwa has taken an oath as the new president of Zimbabwe.
75 years old Emmerson Mnangagwa’s swearing-in ceremony was conducted in 60,000 seat capacity stadium in front of huge crowd on Friday, 24th November, 2017.
International Medias reported that Mugabe was overthrown after his attempt to suspend Mnangagwa as the vice-president and introducing his wife Grace Mugabe. The army and his own party ZANU-PF opposed his act.
